Title: Trestle No. 16 - East Branch & Lincoln Railroad, New Hampshire
Description: Built in the early 1900s, Trestle No. 16 crosses Black Brook along the old East Branch & Lincoln Railroad (1893-1948) in the Pemigewasset Wilderness of Lincoln, New Hampshire. This photo shows a timber of the trestle (right) in May 2009. In 2010, Forest Service dismantled the steel footbridge in the background, and it was not replaced.
