The general area of where the Whitcherville Dam was located on the Wild Ammonoosuc River at the abandoned village of Whitcherville in Landaff, New Hampshire USA. Whitcherville, named for the Whitcher family, was a 1800s village that played a role in the log drives down the Wild Ammonoosuc to the Connecticut River. The main driving dam was located here. The last log drive was in 1911.
