Title: North Fork Junction - Pemigewasset Wilderness, New Hampshire
Description: This bridge spans the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River along the Thoreau Falls Trail in the Pemigewasset Wilderness in New Hampshire. Just beyond this bridge was the location of a timber trestle along the old East Branch & Lincoln Logging Railroad (1893-1948). Seen here in 2011, this footbridge was removed in 2018/2019, and hikers now have to ford this water crossing.
