Description: November 2012 - Site of the steel footbridge which crossed Black Brook along the Wilderness Trail (trestle No. 16 location of the EB&L RR) in the Pemigewasset Wilderness of New Hampshire. This bridge removal was part of the 180 foot suspension bridge removal project 1/2 -/+ mile east of this location along the Wilderness Trail. Per the Wilderness Act, only non-motorized equipment can be used to remove this material. This how the bridge site looked in November 2012.
