Description: The Nanamocomuck Ski Trail in Albany, New Hampshire, near the Swift River. This section of trail follows the old Bartlett and Albany Railroad. In operation from 1887-1894, this logging railroad began along the Portland & Ogdensburg Railroad in Bartlett and it ended at the Passaconaway Settlement in Albany. Today’s Bear Notch Road, Rob Brook Road, and the Nanamocomuck Ski Trail utilize parts of the old railroad.
