Description: Old trestle abutment at the Redrock Brook crossing along the Franconia Brook Branch (today’s Franconia Brook Trail) of the old East Branch & Lincoln Railroad (1893-1948) in the Pemigewasset Wilderness of New Hampshire. Tropical Storm Irene damaged this abutment in 2011, and half of the stone work washed away.
