Environment, Rock Cairns

(52 images)
Trail Stewardship - Rock cairns are man made piles of stones used to mark trails above treeline and mountain summits. Rock cairns benefit trail conservation because they keep hikers on established routes in fragile alpine zones. All environmental stock photography images are available for usage in print publications and projects. Click on any photo for a larger preview and / or to license it.
