Beebe River Railroad
(48 images)
The Beebe River Railroad in the New Hampshire White Mountains in its current state. In operation from 1917-1942, this was roughly a 25-mile long logging railroad in the towns of Campton, Sandwich, and Waterville. By 1942 the railroad track was removed and donated to the war effort (World War 2). Scenes include the abandoned logging camps and features of the railroad.
